Nice place with great wi-fi, a tv, and an electric kettle. I remember how the staff helped me find a lost jewel during my first stay. I highly recommend staying here. I'll be back for Easter!

Helpful staff, the bed was more comfortable than I expected. A good shower.
The room was small, dated and shabby. I have stayed in far better hostels.

breakfast always the same, if you pay with credit card it costs 4% more! the shower in the room is very small, and not modern

The hotel has a great location; super close to Earl's Court metro station and pubs, restaurants and shops close by, while the hotel itself is in a quiet street. Hotel itself is nothing fancy but good beds, hot showers, and it was tidy. Very good combination of location, rating, and price.

Location is great!
Very unkept! Carpets frayed from walls. The walls were dirty and haven't seen a paint brush in years! Literally, my room was a "a bathroom with a bed in it!" 6 flights of stairs to my room and the stairway gets narrower and narrower as you get to the top till you are literally climbing up on hands and legs!

It's close to Tube, just only 5 mins walk
poor staff, poor and small room, noisy ( because it's near the airport ), no elevator with high ladder ...

Hotel was well-placed, well priced and the staff were friendly. Right next to Earl's Court tube station and the on-site parking was priced fairly for the area. Room was fairly-sized with clean linen, also a TV in the room which we were not expecting. Pillows were quite thin but staff cheerfully supplied us with extra when we requested. We paid £60 for the room, which was a fair price to pay for such a central location.
We were on the ground floor and the showers were in the basement, and the toilet was on the first floor. This meant that if you went to the toilet you would have to go down two flights of stairs to wash your hands, which obviously isn't too hygeinic. Room above us had a creaky floor which was a little bit distracting. Minor gripes.

I liked its location and the size of the room. The bathroom vas ok as well.
Thre wasnt any body wash or other bathroom stuff. We went out and we arrive late at night and we had to wate and ring lots of times because the staff was sleeping in reception.

We had a great family trip to Hyde Park, just a 20-minute walk away. The room was spacious enough for our large family, and we loved that we could bring our pets along. The staff were also accommodating.
In my wife's opinion, the cleaning could be improved. We'd love more soundproofing for the rooms to keep the kids from waking each other up.

Had a good stay here. The provided breakfast was particularly good with a coffee machine, croissants and jam. Everything was perfectly fine, decent sized room with shared bathroom. Very friendly staff, answered all questions...

Location near Earls Court provides easy access to public transport. Room size decent for the price, with anice and neat bed making for a decent night's sleep.
Shared bathrooms located off the second floor can be inconvenient, requiring extra walking to reach. Some areas show signs of wear-like the shower head needing attention due to inconsistent water flow and a blocked drain. Minimal breakfast options may not satisfy those craving a hearty meal, but nearby pubs offer better selections. A few quirks might bother picky travelers while others may find it just fine for a city break.

Particularly good views, magnificent and absolutely perfect setting.
The property was fairly clean with affable and efficient staff. Comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and budget rooms. Restaurants, restaurants and bars inside the hotel.
